@smgbby yeah it' s jouvert, you're supposed to dress in the most ridic costumes etcs, where masks and do crazy outrageous things, flapper outfits are popular, and burlesque is pop

yup, i am, and so is most of my fam. dutch black can be found in suriname south america (the largest population of dutch speakers on earth, are found in south america, the curaca, aruba, bonaire, st maarten, saba, statia..........we are hollands semi legitmate dutch brats :)
