@blueocean711 I think the name is shaun, however, it sounds a lot like shorn, which means to cut the wool off a sheep. He named him that right after he went through the knitting machine =P
Really some of the most endearing and original work since Jim Henson & Walt Disney himself. It's such a shame that all those wonderfully detailed sets, as well as the original Wallace & Gromit, were detroyed in a fire.
I love how after running into the sign, Gromit suddenly reads the danger 200ft drop sign, then looks down and sees that he already fell half that height! LOL!
@LlamaBoyProductions lol! yeah! well it's SHAUN the sheep cause SEAN is my brother XD i totally agree with u 'cause the small wooled fella looks 100% similar to Shaun...
I love that even though Wallace's face is mere inches from the ground and he's got a flock of sheep walking over his back, he's still calm enough to complain about the lack of a queue the sheep are making. He's a true British bloke :D
Feathers Mcgraw was a cool villain. But I like Preston more. I remember he used to scare back when I was little. Especially when you see his robot form for the first time. Badass
@shockwave952 it's release to USA was 1995, NOT uploaded. Scene this is a real produced short they say it's real release date. Also didn't you see the word "Release" by the date?
actually, the whole -english- system of feet, pounds, and miles is from the brits themselves. Britttons today still recognize the English measurements in many places, even though they have gone mostly to the metric system!
If it helps, I'd say that everything is very old school about these films, including the measurement systems, so feet is logical. Here in the UK, I think it depends on your age whether you use metric or imperial the most, but the two systems are still going strong side by side even though they wanted us to go metric!
My favourite bits are towards the end. Most notably with Gromit shooting Porridge at Preston just after breaking into the factory and having the plane's wings clipped.
alot was deleted from this film. it was orgionaly going 2 be about 40 mins but some scenes of wallace and wendolene were deleted along with the "Ramsbottom mansion"
u hav 2 pause it really quick because he's embedded in the cliff face, did any1 see him in the curse of the were-rabbit in the urn on tottington hall?
This is very unrealistic. An aeroplane of that size which is that compact when stored and can double up as another form of transport would make millions.
Was anyone scared shitless by Preston when they were a kid. I still cringe everytime I see him! Don't know why xD ah well
