I believe it was the Dalek used in Curse of the Daleks - the stage play version with Trevor Martin (or was it Seven Keys to Doomsday?) - one of those anyway - I believe the Dalek used in the Weetabix ad was just repainted. Wish I could locate the ad for the earlier set of Weetabix Dr Who card figures... I also believe there was a Dr Who promotion on the Crosse & Blackwell beans in the 70s - with Tom Baker. Was there ever a tv ad for it..? Love to hear from anyone who can enlighten me here...
