Hey bro, another great recipe idea, thanks! But I missed one ingredient... what was in that tall blue cylindrical container? It looked like some sort of powder? I got the almond milk, cacao, honey, what was that other ingredient?

Ah, I thought it might have been sea salt - I've seen you use a pinch of it in other chocolatey recipes. Can't wait to try it! I think I'll make some tonight after a crisp, fresh winter walk.

As soon as I saw your mam here on this YT I could definitely see a difference, she is looking so much better, healthier, good colour, thicker hair etc etc ANNND she was doing the Vitadance.
