I have a 2009 black one with cycle shack exhaust, V&H fuel pack and SE stage1 air filter! Really good bike! I have also turned on the EITMS and the bike runs really cool.
Say what you will, I have owned three Harleys and not experienced one problem with amy of them. My current bike is the one in the add above, color and all. With different exhaust, race tuner and a Big Sucker air cleaner, the bike runs very well. It's all about what one likes. Enjoy your metric. See you on the road.
HD from other country ?? wake up is the last thing assemble in USA some parts are from here but most of the things we eat ,enjoy and is around us is from other countries at list some proud americans are getting a job here ,...u shoukd pass by on the assembly lines in York ,PA just have a nice time n enjoy life Dude...
rickbar123, sorry I don't smoke crack but you better start looking into what you buy.... HD parts are NOT all American... Pay that much for a bike and not all American,, UNREAL,,, Start doing your homework on parts in the HD's. If the price was cheaper like it should be I just might buy one but when they don't put all American parts in the bike forget it!!!!!!!!!
The harley davidson are very nice, but they have always been of low quality, they pull oil, any mechanic can not reparalas (mechanism outside the U.S.) are too expensive, really only buying the myth of the Hells Angels, and a nice sound (who lost with the new engine twian cam), the Japanese are cheap, are better, and ask for nothing to a harley, Japanese bikes are better.
Harley has a lot of great features such as history and fit and finish. Honda has better reliability and much more power with only the Vrod able to outdo the VTX 1800. I like the belt drive over the shaft even tho the shaft is a more reliable setup, it does have shaft jacking tho which is bad. Good looks, POWER, and great reliability. Honda VTX, Made in Marysville Ohio. harley, mostly American but not as much as the Honda. Alot of Jap and Taiwanese parts are in Harley.
rickbar123, I'm not trying to start anything here but lets face it for the money you can't beat a Yamaha Roadliner. For the money, power, and Ride, Harley is way over priced and from what I hear it is like 43% made over sea's the (Parts).. Take a Roadliner for a ride and then you let me no what you think. Safe riding,,,,
I wonder if this bike ride's better then the Yamaha Roadliner. It looks great but I don't think it has the power and ride of the Yamaha, than again I might be wrong. :0)
jap bikes put bigger cc power plants because thats the only they can go head to head with a bike this great. i have a 96 in a fatboy 09 and i tell you its fast enough and the ride is smooth as its gets
Haahhaa! No, they put bigger CC powerplants in because of superior engineering. They learned to make an engine 2x as powerful, twice as smooth and NOT overheat. The Roadliner is a superior bike in EVERY way and is half the price. You want a name, buy the Harley. You want a real motorcycle? Buy a metric bike
lovely video and channel, thanks!
