Its a fat & carb blocking supplement and it actually does work, just because you don't understand how it works doesn't mean it doesn't. What it does is partially inhibit your body's ability to absorb carbs or fat, so literally when you eat them about 25% of it never get processed. There's a popular diet pill called Alli which does the exact same thing. That said, I don't support the use of these things though cause you're better off learning how to eat right than relying on pills.
