How do you crank flip?

@pastfield8 Crankflips took me quite a long time to learn, much longer than any of the other basic tricks. For example unispins took me about a week to learn 180 spinsm and maybe another week to learn 360 spins, after about a month I had them on lock.

Flips tho took me month and moths of practice. The most important thing when learning flips is to think about pulling up on the handle. Your not "just" kicking the cranks, you are kicking away from the hand holding onto the handle.
