This is, in fact, "The Hobo's Last Ride," and it can be found under that very title on page 131 of George Milburn's 1930 classic, "The Hobo's Hornbook - a Repertory for a Gutter Jongleur," published by Ives Wahburn in New York City in 1930. Hank Snow recorded this song under the title "The Last Ride" on his Lp of the same name. He also recorded a different song called, "Hobo Bill's Last Ride."
