A few good moments but IMO, a weak sequel (though not a disaster like BHC3). For one thing, Bogamill is said to be investigating the "Alphabet Crimes/Bandit.' But prior to Bogamill's shooting, there had only been ONE crime. How do they know there will be more? And how do they know the alphabet has anything to do with it?

The trailer makes the movie look like a 100% slap-stick comedy, but it's not. This movie has it's serious moments, which make you go :[ and then it has it's funny moments, which make you go :) And then it has tons of the action packed thrilling moments, which make you go :O This movie is effing amazing!

I remember when I saw this movie at the theater. I was like 15 or 16yo. What I remember most is, the theater was so packed, they actually had like, portable folding chairs set up in the isles & the back of the theater. Anything to squeeze in a few more people & collect some extra ticket money. Anyway, that is the only time i've ever seen that. (the extra chairs). Not even when I saw Star Wars ROTJ (which I remember for the longest movie line I'd ever seen) did they do anything like that.
