they use hooka's for smoking tobacco since thats a middle eastern tradition, they have been used for centuries for tobacco and dried fruits

At 3:00 the smoke rings from the catapiller start saying "U R U" Alices smoke ring says "O", then the catapillers rings say "Y Y Square". And that pipe he's smoking out of isn't a tobacco pipe. Its a hooka, from india used for smoking canabus. Usually the pipe has more than one hose comming off it for multiple smokers.
