I agree, it's one thing to be a genius yourself and be a leader. It's another to be a leader and higher a bunch of genius and keep them on your team without them going out on their own.
That's, basically that beauty of Google and their infrastructure of superb intellect they have time and time again built products that are clever and groundbreaking without allow their top talent to go out and start their own companies.

in credible interiew. i think 1995-2005 was the Era of Gates, while 2006-WhoKnowsWhen will be the Google Era... Wikia is trying to take on Google, but whatev...it has a hell of a lot of more fact-checking and authentication to do, if you ask me.
