  • FAKE!! he didnt taze him for flexing his rights

  • Are you detaining me or am I free to go?Are you detaining me or am I free to go?Are you detaining me or am I free to go?Are you detaining me or am I free to go?Are you detaining me or am I free to go?Are you detaining me or am I free to go?Are you detaining me or am I free to go?Are you detaining me or am I free to go?Are you detaining me or am I free to go?Are you detaining me or am I free to go?Are you detaining me or am I free to go?Are you detaining me or am I free to go?

  • he says thank you for the ticket lol

  • hence the reason you pull into private property and if asked to step out of vehicle ''accidently lock keys in car'' having a spare in your wallet. Now you proceed to flex your rights.

  • its funny cuz he black :)

  • Again, officer has the right to detain you if his investigation reveals the need. He can detain you while the dog is called and has a reasonable time to get said dog there. State the whole law and case law. Suspicion (based on officer experience and questioning) +detainment (reasonable amount of time)+dog hit=search. All legally correct. You do have the right to refuse search but if the law is followed and facts are there, you will get searched anyway.

  • He can still get rid of that "citation" rofl.. Are you going to have a video on that?

  • This isn't bad advice, but I think it's essentially worthless...you refuse to consent to a search and then the cop says "OK, hang on while I write you a ticket." Meanwhile, the Cop calls for a K9 unit while he spends twice as long as necessary writing the ticket. K9 responds - you're on a public street so there's no law against the dog sniffing your car. The dog lifts his leg to pee, and the K9 officer says "Aha - the dog alerted!" and proceeds to search your car anyway.

  • @debunker300 You have refused the search that means not even the dogs can search it....

  • @mdaddley absolutely wrong....if your car is parked on the side of a public street pursuant to a cop stopping you for a traffic violation, a police dog can absolutely sniff your car without your permission....and if it alerts (and how the hell does the average citizen know what a legitimate 'alert' by a drug dog is, anyway?), the cops now have PC to search your car. happens all the time.

  • never go through this again ron paul 2012!

  • He's on a kill streak, don't mess.

  • y are they all black :l

  • first of all... get that damn flashlight out of my face!

  • What if the cop avoids answering your question? Can you leave, or will that make it worse?

  • That looks a lot like downtown bmore, where's McNulty!!

  • Man I don't want no damn ticket for asserting my rights..oh wait I get them anyways..might as well be a an ass and assert mahhh rights! lol

  • Always carry some god damn bacon...turn the dogs against their masters! yeeeeee boi!

  • 14 people are hard assed cops

  • they never bring the dogs when you refuse a search they just be trying to scare you

  • Cos a cop would stand there and shine a flashlight into someone's face....

  • So he still ended up getting a ticket? man this dvd is rubbish!

  • Officer: Why do you have 5 kilos of weed, a glock pistol, and child porn in the trunk?

Me: (smile) Are you detaining me or am I free to go?

Officer: o_o Damn... you're clever boy

    Me: Bye :)

  • @Rhosnesni damn how he see through your trunk

  • I don't particularly like this lawyer. I'd like to think that the police are able to protect me, instead of having fellow Americans making it hard for them to do their jobs. Lawyers like this are what is wrong with this country.

  • @Vaega1

/sigh it's lemmings like you who are ignorant of our laws, that allow tyranny to prosper that is what wrong with this country. It isn't the police's job to protect you. The job of the police is to investigate crimes, your protection is your own job via the supreme court and our Constitution.

  • @myheartskry How am I ignorant of the law when I took 2 1/2 years of criminal justice? The police's job is to uphold the law. The law was made to protect you. If they want to search every car that's going down a particular road because a nearby city is getting supplied with a very large amount of drugs, why shouldn't they be able to? I'd like the police to be able to protect me.

  • @Vaega1

I'm not one to assume, but judging by your comment I highly doubt you studied law because then you would know the meaning of the 4th and 5th amendment and why we have it. Also you should look at the supreme court ruling on police protection. It's not the cops job to protect you, that's your job. Also what you're asking for is for all of us to give up our constitutional rights just so a cop MIGHT find something illegal. If that's what you want, then by all means go to China.

  • @myheartskry

    cont....

But as for me, and the idea this country was founded upon...Give me Liberty or give me death!

  • @myheartskry I do know the meanings. I'm not saying that police should be allowed to do whatever they like and search whoever they want, but most good cops don't do it to bully us. Police are there to uphold the law, and the law is meant to protect us. I love my country, and seeing as I have served as a Marine, I have no intention to go to China. I just want the boys in blue to be able to do their jobs and not have to worry about watching their backs all the time.

  • @Vaega1 i dont know about you but i like to smoke pot its a gift from god. and if i have a little bud or my pipe or somthing i dont want to get busted for it.

  • "I'm going to call in a canine unit and those dogs are going to find what you're hiding".

Bring on the dogs, but they better have a search warrant.

Never forget, you are Presumed innocent until Proven guilty. THEY have to Prove You did something wrong, YOU Don't have to prove You didn't.

    I just love this lawyer.

  • I can say from experience this does work. My friend asked "Am I being detained?" repeatedly and then the cop turned to me. I denied doing a perceived offense (it was free speech and nonviolent), which is BAD BAD BAD. You can get convicted on perjury just with the pigs testimony. Just keep asking that question and depending on the crime level, they will either let you go, do that "citation" thing, or take you in and then you get a lawyer (if you ask for one).

  • @kirby4d I was not ticketed or arrested or anything, but I COULD have been.

  • So if the dog sniffs you, and says "you have drugs" are the police aloud to search you?

  • @coolVideos231196 Yes. Anytime the dog hits on your car or you, regardless of what has gotten its attention, the police can search. Many dogs are trained to respond to calls such as "Find it!" or "Hunt it up!" or something along those lines and will bark, which is enough for probable cause. You can't fight this; you're only option at this point is to hope you're able to prove the illegal use of a false alert during your hearing.

  • @CousinMicks Well also if the dog ripps up the car and finds nothing thats when you hit them with the bill. Happened to a buddy of mine. The dum fuck of a cop had the dog search a 69 comaro rs ORIGINAL!!!!! The dog scratched the enterior and the paint. Buddy suid them for the loss in value and for the repairs he got over 30,000 out of them

  • Thank-you for posting these vids. Most viewers will find themselves in similar situations. If you venture out of a building ever,( and maybe if you never leave the building) or use a car, you will be accosted either by A: 'gangsta thugs' or B: 'police officers' (They coexist to survive and are both protected, the rest of us are in the middle). Stay calm, dont talk loudly, expect yelling, threatening, etc. A 'Police officers' job is to find, arrest, and help convict you. Learn & show Your rights!

  • he flashes the flashlight to see his face fucken racist!

  • @SuperCrazyFAnatic Nah they do that to everyone. Its an intimidation thing.

  • thankyou officer .. lol

  • he looks like the guy from hardcore pawn

  • @Vashy69 a cross between that guy and wario

  • @Vashy69 maybe he is the guy from hadcore pawn your comment made me laugh

  • @Vashy69

    Sounds like him, too.

  • Hehe, learning can be fun! =)

  • Is this made up or can you actually get a ticket for "excessive lane changing"?

  • @davidthmovies i actually got a warning for doing that

  • excessive lane changing? wtf kind of warning is that?

  • @flamedrag18 My English isn't perfect but i think that is when you change lanes to hasty or often, which in their turn can cause problems in traffics like accidents. IDK why it should be illegal to change lanes to often, I'm not an expert with US law. I'm from Sweden.

  • @madman2u It is one of those trumped up laws, while real it's vague and really is something they can use to pull you over if they suspect you of something. If the police suspect you of something they will pull you over.

  • @madman2u >Thats a good point.

  • @flamedrag18 I once saw a cop driving like a wild fucktard. 2 min later the same guy pulls me over for "excessive lane change"

  • Ponytail. Ridiculous.

  • They can detain you for as long as they want, till they get a warrant. Once that warrant comes they will arrest you for whatever they want and tear your car apart to find anything, including planting evidence in your car. I have seen this happen and it takes months in court and thousands to prove you innocent, and worst of all you are now forever harassed by all cops from than on. COPS ARE CORRUPT!

  • excessive lane changing? wtf?

  • @nignatz Now you know where the term "Cop Out" comes from.

  • i had a cop search me and my friends car, i had a pipe made from chapstick that looks just like one, the dog searched and found nada...morons

  • @mackles my friend has a pipe that looks like a highlighter! LOL

  • You should have the RIGHT to use your cell phone to video tape everything from time cop pulls you over till end. Once you make clear this is what you are doing. THIS SHLD B LAW! I think it shld b recorded legally. Then llike the COP FARTING loudly while having my kid in back of car and smirking in mirror, would look real nice while played in court! ASSHOLES!

  • 263 criminals likes this (including me +1 like) and 12 dislikes by officers of the law.

  • @skylerrb You are just a stupid fucking liar... stfu

  • Haha...What BS. In the real world, this does not turn out so nice. That cop pushes the right buttons, the guy get nervous, starts mouthing, cop plays game, says he was threatened, bim-bam-bang- Po' Darrel is owned!

  • In nearly an identical situation. I made the mistake of begging the police officer to Not call the dogs, because I could not afford to replace the business supplies in my vehicle. Imagine my horror as the German Shepherds leaped into my minivan, pulling out the huge, brown bags I had jammed to capacity. Imagine the delight of the Dogs as they feasted on the "Dinkies' Doggie Treats" I failed to deliver.

  • And what then for Mister Drug Dealer when the cops says:

"uh, yeah, I AM detaining you till the sniffer dogs arrive. Then when they howl at the smell of drugs that'll be probable cause for a search"

And if he isn't a drug dealer and sniffer dogs find nothing then it was all an innocent misunderstanding.

Sniffer dogs screw every drug smugglers legal loopholes.

  • @skylerrb wow you really are a fucking retard.

  • @skylerrb If you're going to troll, try not trolling on a specific series of videos under the same username.

  • Please people, stop saying "thank you" to cops like this.

  • Black guy.....

  • This is assuming you don't get pulled over in St. Louis, Camden, Detroit, Oakland, Compton, Watts, Little Rock, Inglewood etc.

"Officer are you detaining me or am I; SHUT THE FUCK UP AND LET ME SEE YOUR HANDS!, GET ON THE GROUND; officer I; STOP RESISTING(taser used, phone falls out of pocket during convulsions, GUN! GUN!, he empties his entire clip into your face)

  • @TheDynamicContinuity So true about Camden but you forgot the Jersey Turnpike

  • @TheDynamicContinuity my son had to do the same and they used the "no ur not under arrest but are part of a police investigation" cuffed him, threw him in back of cop car, then said he was under arrest, then he wasn't.Ended up w/summons for "loitering to possess cds"-now they foundN OTHING, now what? so disgusted!

  • @TheDynamicContinuity excatly how st.louis is.

  • I don't get pulled over, don't break traffic laws. But this is good to know. Scary shit sometimes

  • SAY IT WITH me....I WILL LIE TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE!!!!

  • lets show all these guilty mothathaf!@kers how to 2 get away with crimes !! hell ya thats what gehetto niggas need to know ,lets lie 2 the cops so we get a ride to the police staion even faster , IF YOU KNOW YOUR DOING SOMTHING WRONG ,DONT EVEN LISTEN TO THIS GHETTO PROTECTING FONEY LAWYER WHAT HE WANTS IS FOR YOU 2 GIVE HIM A CALL SO HE CAN LIE FOR YOU SO YOU DONT HAVE TOO ,GIVE ME YOUR MONEY AND SHUT THE F!@K UP IS WHAT HE MEANS!

  • In a real traffic stop, if the driver or passenger was asked to step out of the vehicle. ALWAYS, be sure your hands are in view and opened. Not raised above your head like its a stick-up. Just relaxed, non-clenched or closed-fist. That officer already extracted the occupant, normally they watch very closely for sudden movement, hand/body posture and eye contact. Most are trained to differentiate between fear or panic and nervous compliance. Hands never behind your back unless ordered to do so.

  • When did My Cousin Vinny make a sequel?

  • Excessive lane changing???? LOL!

  • Fuck you bush and your patriot act.

  • @samuriguy909 Don't forget that obama extended the patriot act, as well as the tax cuts bush put in place. And don't forget the laws obama just signed which is a full on assault on the constitution. Obama is more right wing than bush, don't get caught up in the red/blue left/right game bro, they are ALL rich elitist liars who suck corporate dick.

  • excessive lane changing? WTF!

  • you say that this show is racist but the guy who is 'flexing' the rights and teaching you how 2 bend the law is a white guy!

  • @thisismyname514 He's barely even white... -.-

  • Douche cop holding a flashlight for no real reason.

  • @RCK62Here but dey also give false indications

  • I wish i would've known this a year ago.smh I dislike cops.

  • I live in the Santa Cruz area in Cali. I'm a 52 year old white guy and drive a Cadillac. I could pull up next to a cop at a light and do bong hits and not be noticed. It's a college town with a large Hispanic population. And that's the target demographic. If you're young, brown or on a skateboard, DO NOT under any circumstance carry drugs or booze in your car or on your person. I feel bad for them, we used to have so much fun on the weekends cruising or going to bonfire parties on the beaches.

  • Too bad cops will just arrest you for whatever now, smh

  • the police state is coming ! OBAMA SIGNED MARTIAL LAW DEC 31 2011 ! white people , black people, everyone must ban together and vote RON PAUL!

  • lol i got an add to go to police school hahaha

  • What if he says there is a suspicion that the car has drugs in it? Does that give him rights to search it?

or he is asking why am I refusing to a search of my car? or why am I not cooperating with the police?

I think you can't just answer with questions.

  • Oh rodney

  • YOUR ASS IS LIKELY GOING TO JAIL but at least you might get off on a technicality if you hire a decent lawyer. [Assuming you're guilty... If you're watching this, you're probably usually guilty lol.]

  • 20 more minutes pass, and K-9 finally shows up. Searches the car, and the officer acts like the dog sniffed something not inside my car, but on the door handle, like I may have drug residue on my hands or something and touch the car. Agitated, I tell the officer to search the car again and that I have nothing to hide. K-9 searches again, and the officer determines that the dog probably sniffed the Claritin I had in my bag. So after an hour, they say i'm free to go.

    They do what they want

  • LOL . . I was in a situation just like this in Ozark, AL back in April. I had actually missed a turn and was getting into the other lane so I could turn around. Cop pulls me over for improper lane change. I was in a rental car. Cop pulls me over, runs my license, and asks to search my car. I initially refused and told him I had nothing to hide. Cop calls K-9 unit. 30 minutes pass, and K-9 didn't show up. I tell the cop to go ahead and search. He finds nothing, but STILL waits for K-9

  • Civil Sue

  • I with and rich so there you go

  • disorderly

  • yeah, I had a fully packed car, 2 dogs and a toddler. They called the dogs, one supposedly "hit" on something, 3 hours after the first stop, I was sitting on the side of a freeway, all my stuff strewn all over, the seats of the car were out on the side, and was told I was "free to go". If it wasnt for a passer by who stopped amd helped, who knows how long I would have been there. Ps I was driving cross country and it was night

  • Yea sure this looks good in a video. Try that line down here in North Carolina. You WILL get your ass beat.

  • excessive lane changing?? FUCK THE POLICE

  • @chronitized he couldn't loose the battle of wits that easily...

  • come to my town where the cops dont have to obay the laws that they inforce an will openly tell you. they also pull people over for shit like your lisence plate light is out or your lisence plate light is covering your licence plate.. both were used on me. im white an i drive a 1990 somethin ford aspire? or they gave my friend a ticket for takeing a drink of his water. bc he took 1 hand off the wheel an aperintly thats endangerment FUCK POLICE BTW i have a clean record an im respectful to police

  • @noobyforU911 too bad that as soon as you get in trouble with the police you wont be so respectful of their assholeyness

  • Notice how it's mostly black people in the audience. Weird. A white dude doesn't have to worry about getting pulled over for driving down the street. And if a black driver happens to have a fresh ass 50 on his head, he's automatically gang affiliated. Fuckin shame.

  • @FourthOsprey that would not be the case if 90% of the criminals weren't black

  • @FourthOsprey Wrong. White people are harrased by the police also. Depends on the area but we all get arrested and ticketed legally and illegally by our civil servants. Have nice day.

  • @FourthOsprey Stupid observation

  • @FourthOsprey All I can say is, after what Obama and the congress pulled just recently, we're all gonna feel the heat.

  • @tooncrazy1 Even after what obama just did, this nation of uninformed liberal hippies will probably re elect him. That's the real shame. Hes not even liberal, hes more hard right than bush. What a stupid country i live in.

  • @msbensucks Ya, I agree. I think the last legit president was JFK. He was getting ready to take them on, and expose some stuff. And we saw what happened to him. Since then the presidency has become a home to a bunch of trained monkeys.

  • @FourthOsprey dont buy in to color of the skin.... i've been stoped and searched more walking then most have driving and where im from po's wont except no for an answer they will search you and lie in court.it's not about color but about power ... a divided underclass is an easy target....when you define yourself by color you take away our unity.

  • @FourthOsprey notice how black people most of the time start up race wars im not racist at all but it pisses me off when blacks start about race.

  • @FourthOsprey i think its because its generally true, not because every one is out to get you.

  • @FourthOsprey or maybe they intentionally set it up that way smart-guy, notice all the cops are white? Everyone is acting, even the audience.

  • @FourthOsprey i don't know where you live or who taught you that you're way of thinking is alright but man you are racist and should be ashamed of yourself for saying it that way, man, i'm white, they pull me over, harrass me and all kinds of stuff all the time, your wrong, and you need to take that back man, your a racist and don't even know it, seriously dude, stop all that.

  • @IWantToKnowChrist

First of all, I would never listen to anything you have to say because for one, your grammar is awful, and two, your name is "Iwanttoknowchrist". Already tells me your level of logical thinking. I am also white. I also happen to be prior law enforcement. What you don't hear is all the racism that takes place in a police department, not saying every law enforcement officer is a racist, but a lot are. Their racism turns into what's called profiling.

  • @FourthOsprey for somebody that doesn't like racism and hate speech, you sure are good at hating me. for one thing, alluding that i am a catholic is offensive. i do not adhere to a false christ.and as for the rest of your comment, I live in the ghetto in South carolina, it's not new york, but it's not utopia suburbia. everyone gets treated unfairly when it comes to authority and crooked cops, I am glad that you speak from experience though and i take back the harshness of my prior comment.sorry.

  • @IWantToKnowChrist

Keep living in your fantasy land and let the rational adults handle the reality. It's easy to have an opinion from your moms suburban basement after sunday mass. I'm going to go out on a limb and say you know absolutely nothing about the streets. Don't speak on matters you have no business speaking on. It's not racism, it's reality. Stick to reading the bible and keeping to yourself.

  • OH 90 % Would be Black LOL

  • I AGREE WITH U @cooksecurities

  • This happened to me after I denied his request to search my car. Then he said that he suspected drugs and that I would have to get out of the car so the dogs could sniff around. They Did! I told him that I don't consent to this and he said the law gives him the right to search whenever drugs are suspected.

  • @MPA2000 mpa at that point be quiet, close your mouth, then, call you local lawyer and only and mean only talk to your lawyer and no one else.

  • We're fucked either way, I'm sorry. But the government will stand up for their own.

  • We should replace typical K-9 units with a more scientific apparatus. There are too many subjective circumstances to employ them with the force of law. Although dogs can separate roughly 5,000 different odors in one 'sniff' and could HELP with serious threats like terrorism (explosives/materials, escaped convicts etc.), they utilize these dogs as 'an ace in the hole' for the "War on Drugs". They ACT as if K-9s have supernatural powers. No, they're NATURAL powers the dog was born with. CONTINUE..

  • (continued)...The same natural powers that make them SO loyal. I can make a sound you most likely wouldnt EVER pick up on, but my dog knows exactly what I mean.

Communication is something near 65% body language, so a dog's already 'extracted' 2/3 of your situation WITHOUT CONSENT. My body language dictates how my dog acts until a verbal command is given. Who's to say an officer wouldnt 'convince' his dog to do the same? We never voted to have an 'honor system' when it comes to law enforcement!

  • I watched videos like this in school. I had a law professor who was very serious about not consenting to police requests, haha.

  • cops are a holes.

  • for Excessive Lane changing??? The cop should of been doing a Sobriety test, not trying to get to search his car, Last i remember, Only being drunk or stupid makes you do Excessive Lane changing to the point of being pulled over. lol

  • lol the best way to get rid of the cops,... *waves doughnut* 0.0 *throws doughnut really far* I NEED THAT DOUGHNUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • No Sir I give NO consents to any type of searches.. NO I do not want your filthy ANIMAL in my car... If you let that filthy animal in my car and rather it tares it up or not.. I am suing you, the handler of the mutt and your police/sheriffs department and the county as well.. NOW! Am I being detained or am I free to go?!

  • The cop can just say he smelled marijuana whether he did or not.

  • @TheAndrewMosley ...he'll have to face cross-examination and possible perjury charges...it all depends...on the officers' principles...his/her willingness to follow Constitutional law(which surpasses any and all laws)...there's a vile reason the public ed system won't stress teaching young citizens their Constitutional rights...

  • WTF! You need to teach how to negotiate your way out of a ticket.Like for example saying, "Yes officer, you can have your k-9 unit check my car and even shit in my back seat. As long as you dont give me a ticket." This will ensure the officer he is in control and feel more superior by showing him you are ready to respect his authority. Then later he laughs with other police officers friends, while eating some doughnuts and saying things like "that damn coon pissed his pants."

  • Why does he thanks him for the ticket?

  • Fuck that!!! Don't ever say "Thank You" to the cops for writing you a ticket.

  • I'm I the only one that sees something wrong with the LEO making threats of property damage?

  • your detained and the dogs found your drugs. lmao stupid fucks

  • Here is another one:

What if police place like 10 grams of cocaine in your pocket and then arrests you for dealing?

Answer? You'll do many years in prison, just like that!

  • The supreme court has ruled that a reasonable amount of time (20 minutes in that case) is allowed when waiting for addiotional units and k9. if youre not engaged in criminal action its much easier to let the police do a 3 minute look around your vehicle. it rarely takes longer than a few minutes. And trust me, nothing is more frustrating to the cops like thinking theres contraband in a car when there isn't.

  • @MrHollywood1717 cops teach dogs to give false leads so that they can gain access to areas I learned that from a narcotics agent

  • @MrHollywood1717 Yes but that gives a cop the chance to do a pinch ie drop a bag of something in your car. Never give a stranger access to your stuff.

  • @Zlogical1 Hahaha you watch too many movies. they dont actually do that. theyre on camera and recording everything with microphones and department cameras anyway.

  • @MrHollywood1717 Yeah there's a video on you tube of a pinch being caught on police camera, because the partner moved out of position. Officer 1 makes the hand signal. Officer 2 moves in such a way as to block the cameras view of officer 1. Done every day. Never consent to a search.

  • Officer, please don't shine your light in my eyes, its hurting my seight.

  • I'm not trying to be racist, just observational before you get all P.C on me. Did anyone else notice that the lesson was full of only black people trying to learn how to get out of trouble.... If you have done nothing wrong, then don't fear the law.

  • @jaiharman1 even if you dont fear them they harass people who arent white and even sometimes white people. Police have a power trip but you have to remember they work for us. we pay their salaries not the other way around.

  • @jaiharman1 Wrong! Everyone should have the right to privacy and just because I don't have anything hide does not me that the government should have the right to look otherwise you might as well throw the fourth amendment right out the window not to say that it already hasn't

  • @jaiharman1 I know a lot of dead people who used to feel that way.

  • I'm not going to lie, I like that layer guy.

  • and then i went on my marry way scott free

  • im17, and i got pulled over by 3 cops in NC, for having one side of my license plate light out.. ridiculous.. they asked if they could search my car, i refused ..not expecting me to say that , they asked why, all i said was "because its my car, and told them i like to enjoy my privacy", they kept asking if i had marijuana in my car, i said no,(not gonna say if i did or didnt xD) he asked me why i looked nervous, i smiled and said" because iv never been pulled over, the cop issued me a warning=D

  • They'll just call the K9 and take forever to write the ticket. they'll finish writing when the dogs finish sniffing and piss on your tires

  • ever heard of a cop giving out a warning?they used to do that!

  • @3344utube fuck back in the day you could be drunk of your ass and the cop would just say "you go home now i dont want to see you out here again tonight"

  • @billlibong

Fuck man you are really dating yourself with that statement, that was the good old days...

  • @3344utube

Some cops are really nice. One stopped me for doing 25 over the speed limit and he just let me go with a verbal warning.

  • They'll try to punish you for standing up to them for giving you a citation for whatever it was, even though it may not have happened.. then the court will side with the officer, and get the last laugh on you. Been there, done that, have the t-shirt.

  • @Chris4400 Protective transparent lens over my license plate. Came with the car when I bought it, safetied & replaced by insurance after a rear-end collision. LEO told me that the glare/reflection of the clear lens was a distraction to other drivers, keep in mind that this is with his red & blue lights still flashing.

  • @Daywalkertwentyseven in some states these are illegal for other reasons. criminals use these (tinted ones) to deny survaillance and to skip toll booths. Its also much harder to read your tag from a distance.

  • @MrHollywood1717 As I stated it was a clear transparent lens, no tint. I also have no toll booths where I live. The LEO's explanation was that the glare from that lens was a distraction to other drivers.

  • @Daywalkertwentyseven that may be true. i was just giving a few other examples of why they are illegal in my area. Tint or not they make reading plates more difficult.

  • @Chris4400 YOU ARE RIGHT!

A corrupt officer of the empire does not recognize rules and laws that could impede his or her ability inflict misery upon you (the citizen).

  • @Chris4400 I have also been there done that. I got a ticket and decided to fight, when the officer saw me in court he asked me to make a donation to charity and he would drop the ticket. I refused and after he realized how determined I was I got off scot free I'm not making this up. The police are just like the rest of us and don't want to waste their time in court if you decide to fight the citations/tickets whatever the fuck they make up

  • @Chris4400 And they wonder why High patrolmen get show down when approaching cars... Wait didn't a Park ranger just get shot for doing random stops?... Hm... something to think about. Maybe they should stop
