Do a system restore. Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore. Open System Restore. Select, "Restore me computer to an earlier time". Select a date on the calender to an earlier time when you computer wasn't messed up. Click next....It will restart and everything will be like nothing happened.

Note: Files and documents and folders will not be effected or moved in the process.

@alexandrabutiri2000 YES I did FIX it. I use Firefox web browser and this is true for all web browsers. So rather then try and fix all the things corrupted from the update. Here is how I fixed the problem.. In my download folder I have (Flash player) from when I installed it last year and the one that was being used before the current update. So I went to Flash site and downloaded the program that uninstalls the player! rebooted and Reinstalled the one from last year. Problem Solved. Good Luck
