Yes the wave 1 joker is not in production anymore because it has to much blood on his scars.

Actually, from what I just found, the Wave 2 actually has more of a scar than wave 1. Wave 2 is actually MORE detailed overall, including yellow highlights in the hair.

But I was only refering to this movie... and he said they made so "kids can re-live sertain parts of the movie in their own living room" or something like that :/ A bit absurd... I've checked out Toys R Us, Wal-Mart, and Target for these figures regularly, and no one has ever gotten them where I live except Wal-Mart, and they only had Wave 1 ONCE. What a gyp. Mattel needs to flood the market. Why let the scalpers get all the cash. It's ridiculous. Can't find the Wall-E figures in my area either. I did manage to get the Movie Masters Batman and, from Wave 2, the Scarecrow. Wonder if they'll stock Wave 2 more than once. Hope we see TwoFace, Ra's, and Gordon figs eventually
