umm this video is a cluster fuck of shit... not to be offensive but it helps me in no way seeing as the hex value you changed doesn't corelate with the hex value I have...i play on pc using v1.3 and have all 3 DLCs installed... if that makes any diff.

The game is identical except pc users can crank up the graphics and use a better controller(s). The only real diff is that the 360 ver has one extra layer of file security... which is why you xboxers have to rehash/resign the save files when editing them.

@pilotenhandboek no it's not an opinion. xbox and playstation games are dumbed down so you don't have to be as accurate to accomodate joystick use and low graphics detail on the conoles. As well on a physical level, the current jsticks on ps3 or xb are still nowhere near capable of being as acurate as your average $5 walmart mouse. The most epic console player would be owned by a mediocre pc player... if they'd let us play together....but yeh i don't use opinions as facts.

@neuron187 low graphics detail? you're acting like consoles only have 2D graphics, haha you make me laugh. i play both pc and console games and i much prefer a controler over a keyboard and a mouse, so much so that i use a controler for my pc games. it is a matter of opinion, just because you say it's a fact does not make it so. and how can you speculate on something thats never happend before? i would love to see that game

@pilotenhandboek never happend? it's very easy to plug a game pad into one's usb port. There's a reason good fps/3ps/rts players don't use gamepads on pc... the reasons i already stated... and in contrast to my monster gaming rig, the consoles may as well be 2d both graphically and in the processing power of logic and physics... computer years go much faster than human years and the consoles are stuck with 2005 hardware... i could go on if not for the char limit on youtube...

@neuron187 im aware that technology advances very quickly, i live in the same world that you do. and im talking about pc players playing console players, as i said i would love to see that "game". you just didnt understand what i said. consoles ARE 2nd when it comes to graphics and processing, but the graphics are far from 2D. if you would pull you head out of your ass and just accept the facts, this convo would have gone alot better

@pilotenhandboek no i did not misunderstand... a pc player can plug in a gamepad and play against other pc players using kb+mouse... you wouldn't have to do much work to see that game, the hard part would be convicing a pc player to handicap themselves. You however did misunderstand what i said. IN CONTRAST TO high end pc graphics, consoles MAY AS WELL BE using 2d graphics... they have little ram and processing...so when a pc only title comes out i love it because they really push the envelope..

@pilotenhandboek well the ps3 is actually being shafted, cross-platform games get their hands tied to xbox hardware limitations... at least the pc vers i can hack to my satisfaction graphically. As well the number of cores doesn't mean much when the rest of the benchmarks aren't so great. My processor also has 8 cores, but i also have 2 vid cards in a crossfireX configuration that both have dual core gpus and 2gb vram each, 8gb system ram, and i don't have enough chars to list more benchmarks..

@neuron187 ya, i wish consoles were as good as a pc. its just i like the feel of a console more than a pc. but my xbox has nothin on my i7 6 core 4.0GHz, and my dual HD 5970's..... also 2TB is WAY more than an xbox has for memory..... i wish a console could run crysis on ultra settings 60fps....but i think im getting my hopes up for now, but i have faith. consoles can only get better and in time im sure they will catch pc's

@pilotenhandboek they won't catch pcs until the hardware is so insane that no game could be made that would need something more powerful. Right now sony and microsoft are trying to pull a nintendo and squeeze every bit of life out of their hardware until an upgrade is absolutely necessary. The trade of is shit graphics and shorter games. Microsoft makes it too difficult for devs to do multi disc games, so all cross platform games suffer the limits of xbox hardware and disc size (normal dvd).

really the cap lvl is 61 but if you mod ur game with modio or willowtree you can make your char jump from 61 to 70 :P

If you have willow tree, mod you level to 70 or something about 61, then you can mod every gun in your backpack level 61 which means sledges shotgun is 3000 or so damage.
