@circusboy90210 You can see he went onto private property with out asking and stold it, If it was out at the curb in the begining then thats a diffrent story, becouse more than likely it was put their in the hope someone would take it,

@erwintipton I"m not hatefull. seems like you are. it's not your property and you don't know if he had persmission or not, nor is it any of your concern. those things are about worthless anyway who would waste the time to steal it for metal value, the most you might get is $10. most likely he is a used appliance man. really if you mind your own business it will help you in your hood there.
@circusboy90210: It was not set out to the curb but in the back yard. So why would I post a video of a guy that can take stuff from my home then call it theft? You can tell this guy is a metal thief for a livng just buy the way he parked and tossed it into the back of his truck so fast.
@circusboy90210: @circusboy90210: He went into my side yard behind a gate and took it from my home. I'm a land lord so I can put this into another unit if it was not burnt. But for this one I needed it for insurance reasons as it did ctatch fire. So this would have been paid for if he did not take it before the adjuster looked at it. $250 plus gone plus the install of the new water heater so around $400 total that rode away in the back of the truck so he could get $10.
I have that same problem where I live as you can see in the videos I posted too,
