Hmm, unfortunately Brandy and Darkchild haven't been seeing eye to eye on a musical creative level...He seems jealous that she decides to work with other producers because he feels that he should be in charge of all of her music and work with her like the great music they've made in the past...You know, he said if it ain't broke, don't fix it, but clearly the relationship is broken and needs some repair. I wish Brandy the best in her future success!

I'll look him up, but those songs u mentioned, to me, just aren't the artists best. For instance, Brandy's "Have You Ever" to me is a beautiful Ballad, but I'm more into her songs like "Boy Is Mine", "The Hard Way", "Almost Doesn't Count", "Happy" etc. Darkchild has that extra "bounce" to his music that I can relate to. As a man, I can't ride around to "Have You Ever". It's too epic and ballad-like for my taste. Of course I can appreciate it, but I like the Darkchild sound it's infectious.

Brandy was neva a flop until her album Human.... and thats only because audiences have been sleepin on her since afrodisiac. Brandy has a sleu of number 1 hits so please do your research before you talk smack. Brandy's vocal skills are phenomenal and the regular person like yourself wouldnt be able to appreciate that. But most people in the industry aspire to be like brandy vocally and try to re create her sound and background harmonies and vocals.

I think it sucks when producers try to take credit for an artist's success, which is why Brandy and Rodney stopped working together. Not to mention the divorce from his cousin. Rodney tried that same sound with other artists and it didn't work. Brandy is the best contemporary R&B singer.
