The Mr.O is gonna be a condition show because most of the top guys are roughly the same size and the dudes that are carrying a bit more size (Jay, Wolf, Vic) cant hang with the condition of the slightly smaller guys (Dex, Phil, Kai). So i think its gonna come down 2 condition just my opinion

Ok its like this!, Big Vic has got Phil outsized and Victor can win Mr. Olympia this year if his conditioning is good because he has caught up with Jay Cutler in the size game so that wont be an issue, Dexter Jackson is gonna have to gain 10 more lbs of muscle if he wants to remain Mr. Olympia but that probly wont happen and Phil Heath is going to outsize Dexter this year and will probly be ahead of him, If Jay comes in good condition then he will beat Dexter, so this years Olympia is a BATTLE!

2 of my favourite bb'ers in the sport today. both can take Dexter out so i reckon if these 2 guys come in awesome shape for the 09 Mr O Arnold Classic, its gonna be super close. Heath competes a little lighter than Vitor does but is always in crisp cond and makes gains every year, however Victor just needs to nail conditioning and i feel he'll take both titles (repeate the Arnold) His back width in the rear doube bi owns heath in that pose. Thats about the only area Victor owns Heath in tho.

Martinez isn't as young as Phil and it looks like Phil can make drastic improvements while Martinez can't make such improvements; he'll come in better but so will Phil and Phil looked better this year than Martinez last year.
