@lahgazi It just depends on how your practice it. Several people have learned it without much experience playing piano! If you message me and give me details on what's causing problems, I can see if I can help you.
@cjpiano79 okay I spoke too soon!! I was playing alternating the chord in each hand and then it just came really naturally to play the two together. I've been playing for only about 3-4 years. How long have you been playing?
@cjpiano79 oh okay I'm just 17 but by the time I get to be your age I hopefully will be as good as you!! Okay so I have a somewhat odd request. I'm wondering if you could figure out how to play the piano part of this song: Your Kiss by YTF? I can't find the sheet music anywhere :/ ppllleeeaaassseeee?
I'm trying to learn this but i can't get it right from 5:07 till 5:14. I was hoping that you could explain to me what you are doing there or otherwise play it once very slowly.. :)
Wow, thanks for this tutorial. I thought I would never get the part where you combine the the two patterns, but I got it after I played it like a million times over. Ha, And im no professional or anything so if I can go do it anyone can! Keep practicing everyone!
oh no. i was doing really awesome up until 5 minutes ish. I can do the part where you do a chord with one hand and play the pattern with the other hand, but when it comes down to doing the pattern with both hands.... apparently my brain doesn't work that way.
@aimx2e You can do it! Remember how I said just practice the first one several times? That's the important thing. Just work on getting the coordination of the LH pattern with the RH part BUT ONLY THE VERY FIRST PATTERN (since the others are similar). It may be challenging, but be patient and work at it. Try it slow, try it fast, keep going back to LH blocked chord, etc. Good luck! If you like, record yourself practicing it or trying it and I'll help you more.
thanks this has really helped want to learn how to play this for a special person having a bit of difficulty when you change from abe with the right hand to the other chord with the left hand it is at 5:10 in your video
@cjpiano79 I am trying to understand how you switch between the two chords with the left hand when the right hand has the extra rhythm in their sorry if I am not making any sense
@csilasvegasdude Yes, it's a bit tricky, but practice it like I explained. Be able to play RH regular with LH blocked chords. Once it is really easy for you to do that, then add the LH pattern, practicing each chord several times in a row. I hope that helps!
This is a great tutorial! I thank you for making this. The other ones on YouTube are much too confusing, but you made everything clear and understandable. Thanks again!
@cjpiano79 Thanks so much! I tried looking for other tutorials with the third part but I didn't understand any of them. Yours is by far the easiest to understand. I will be waiting for that third part while I practice this over and over. Thanks again. (Another subscriber) :)

Don't you have to be quite adept at piano to put those two chord parts together?!! You're an awesome teacher but this is quite hard!
