  • @smeesquatch that lady just wants her piece of fame :D

  • I love Hugh Laurie as the policeman, so brilliant, the pair of 'em!

  • Stephen and Hugh are very tall for old ladies.

  • I love the image of the dog coming through the pavement at 0:49. Just made me crack up.

  • 6:34 !!!!! Brilliant! and the one after that :)

  • i was so hoping to see my fav about the NHS and waiting 9 months for a baby , easily my favourite one of these vox pops

  • "People always mock things that they can't understand.

That's why they mock John Major being Prime Minister.

Nobody can understand how it happened."

    LOL!!

  • 4:42 one of my favourite bits :), Hugh Laurie cracks me up in it "oh but that doesn't matter does it no because your alright arnet you with your jeans and your leather jackets and your opinions" lol "i'm going to write a stiff letter a very stiff letter...on cardboard....and i shall post it too"

  • I laughed so hard I cried at that bit. Best I've seen yet.

  • Hilarious!

  • 4:30 What a premonition by Stephen!

Glad he's still with us though.

  • @SalutationToTheDawn This was after he'd already tried to kill himself in the car though, no? It must have been his inspiration.. or the thought of it... terrifying. It's really a message that when our friends joke about stuff like this, we don't have to take them seriously.. but it should set an alarm bell off and we should look out for them.

Still we shouldn't overload a joke with significance, it's all about being meaningless and lightening the load.

  • @rabbitwho No, the series was being shown at the same time he tried to kill himself. It would have been filmed much earlier though. With regards to the morbid nature of the 'joke', I suppose it was much easier for him to laugh than cry.

  • @SalutationToTheDawn - The series just shown at the same time, the episode that vox pop was from actually aired a matter of hours before his suicide attempt. Gives me cold shivers just thinking about it. :(

    Kayleigh

  • @SalutationToTheDawn Yep, thank God for catalytic converters!! :-)
