Alright there! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my sister got really defined 6 pack abs and lost a ton of fat with it.
@hawtpurpleful Well I am not tammy, probably not likely she reads these comments but if you have that problem - make sure you are properly stretched first (doesn't have to be elaborate streches but just warmed up a bit) and also, if certain exercises ARE bothering you even after a good stretch, you might just need to avoid those and find an alternate exercise. Like me, my knees are bad so lunges are out of the question.
I loved your exercise, they are excellent. I always do them through you only. And I loved the way you behave the seriousness with your training the smiley face you are wonderful. Thank you very much and I thank all staff in psychetruth too.
And I have a request that I hope if you can make a different exercise of all body (shoulder, chest , arms, butts, etc. ) in one show for Saturday and another one for Sunday , Monday, Tuesday etc. Thank you.

@laurajanebabyy 2-3 weeks its all about exercise and drinking lots of water adding a lil lemon helps also because it cleans out your system if you get a lil bloated after a couple days dont worry thats the water and lemon doing there jobs
just a quick question, i love the workout but when i do i only feel my thigh muscles acheing afterwords. will this workout not have an effect on my calves? will i have to find a different video for my calves??
Yes i have finally found a trainer that makes working out easy, i have one problem i lost so much weight in one year 60lbs, but i still have that semi bloated saggy tummy effect. from the excess weight and pregnancy's out .i work out 4 to five time's a week (still) but i can't tighten up my tummy and get rid of the flabby effect...my hubby is say's it take's time but i don't buy it...how many time's a week should i work on my abs? please help!!!
@jacecleo2 doing ab exercises wont show your abs it will help strengthen the ab muscles ... in order to get your abs to show you need to make sure your nutrition is really good. If your eating the right things and working out very intensely you should start to see results ... but to me it sounds like you need to take a look at your nutrition. Keep up the good work and reply back if you have another question you would like to ask.
I'm skinny and I'm NOT trying to get any skinnier I just wanna gain muscle and tone my legs but since my legs are turning into chicken legs I'm scared that they are going to get skinnier if I do this, so is this only for slimming your legs?
@missmata18 any exercise where you are working very hard to burn calories is going to slim you down ... i would suggest eating more of the right foods so that way you can start to put on some weight and still workout to maintain the leg size you want. @southparkfan901 it depends. Losing weight is 80% nutrition and 20% working out ... and by that i mean you have to be eating the right foods at the right portions and also be exercising enough to burn more calories than you take in. Can someone please help me? I need an answer to a question.... Is it true that you can turn your fat into muscles and don't loose measurements? For example I am very fat and I started to workout every part of my body where I have too much fat in order to loose it and become skinnier ... Is it possible to turn that fat into muscles and still have a big tummy or butt.....and just go from a big fat girl to a big muscle girl? Please help me.....
@BigBangElly no i don't think so ,, those exercise will make u lose weight and become skinnier. (i have bad english).. those fat would first started to lose,, but some of the fat would turn to muscle
@BigBangElly If your fat and you do any time of workout that raises your heartrate (cardio type), your body will gradullay BURN or get rid of that excess body fat you have to your ideal body/weight. Now, in the process of exercising overtime and/or doing 'toning' exercises such as this one, you will build natural muscle. Your not gonna turn into a big muscle girl, that takes ALOT of weight lifting to do. More so, your just gonna get slimmer and your muscles wont show unless you get rid on fat

@westonrox900 Yes if you commit to it then it will work. Right now i'm working out along with this and the hula abs and buns work outs (here on youtube). Its really fun. Makes you sweat like a cow. And i see changes already. My legs are getting were i want them. Im losing my love handles thank good and im gaining a firm butt. I still need work on my butt and tummy but its just a start and im happy with it. You should try it.

I've been a personal trainer for about 12 years now so I'll shed some light on the topic. People really seem to over-complicate things!
HOW TO LOSE FAT
1) Avoid high GI foods (they trigger fat storage)
2) Eat frequent, nutrient dense meals (every 3 hours) - include a protein source with each meal
3) Follow the nutrition plan from the "Fat Loss Customized" program (I can't provide a meal plan here)

For everyone still trying, stop wasting your time searching youtube for advice. It's all conflicting information anyway. Soo confusing!
In my opinion, if you're following anything OTHER than the "fat loss customized" program by Kyle Leon, you're wasting your time.
