This is the United states, if we're so "free" and "anti discriminate", than why is it sooo many people cant marry the one they love? I know someday, it will be legal to marry same sex poeple... Dont give up everyone

I can't see one reason for prop8 not being reversed. The "voice of the people" in this case is only 17% of the entire CA population, and they are trying to explain us what democracy is. LOL
Even afer the scare tatitcs, all the lies and milions in propaganda endorsed by mormons and others.
This is spitting in the faces of a minority who seek to have equal rights.
No on 8, equal rights for all American families.

The "voice of the people" refers to the majority of the registered voters of California who chose to go out and exercise their right to vote. The voter turnout was around 79.42% in CA, so almost 20% didn't show up to vote for/against Prop 8. Think before you resort to that sort of argument.
I agree with you that all American families deserve an equal shot, and people shouldn't take away that opportunity from others. It isn't right.
