He's either a Hotel Security or Mall Security, most likely a Mall Security because this guy doesn't even carry a gun or a baton. Most Vegas Hotel Security Guards carries a loaded gun. He's definitely not a Police Officer.
I have seen some police officers on a Segway out here in So Cal! We have a very popular outdoor mall and some walk, some bike, and some Seg(?). Damn if they can ride them then more power to them! I would be embarrased being on one of those!!
