The last game before this one, Indiana Jones and the Emperor's Tomb (2003) is older but the graphics are much better, even that game being much older than this one.

he spits fire at you 2 or 3 times, at some point he reloads/turns back on his torch so you have to quikly grab him with your whip and hit him. Repeat it until you defeat him.
