because i have a friend who is a max 138 hes pked ever since he first started playing and he has many youtube vids up of him pking yet theres always someone better than him even though he has 99 in all cb skills he may sometimes find someone better than him who can kill him. you can either risk alot and perhaps kill alot or risk alot and stumble upon someone who maybe freezes you then gs specs you thus you losing 10's of mills. on the other hand you could spend little but then you wont win.
