my preview libary doesn't exsist can you help?

When i click on the skin edit it goes this command thing and wont open

Check the broken preview video number 3, it should help

When i download the jar file i get a folde full of shit and that isnt in it :|

@TRUCKERmassaker nvm i fixxed it but i cant delete it off my computer like the skinthingy i put it on my desktop and when i delet it says canot delete file is not the file u want to delete so i was like wtf but i got it working this helped alot thank you :D i thumbs and subbed :D
