  • and great video. one of the funest things ive ever done

  • are you all using the trolling motor or you all have a fan??

  • @14medlak We just use the trolling motor, the river we fish in has a pretty heavy current so it moves us along and the trolling motor keeps us in control

  • what kind of lights and genny do you have?

  • @1hunting6 Its a honda eu 3000 and 8 halogen light fixtures with 300 watt bulbs

  • wrong music for this vid.. but good vid

  • @airsoftpistol101R

this is the perfect music, for when dawn comes... the night fishing ends... thus all good things come to an end, until next time. =)

  • what kind of camera is this?? .

  • could someone plz post a video or explain to me how to make fertilizer out of the fish

  • @jtschid0910 Thats easy......bury them

  • Y'all Shouldent shoot lots and lots, jsut take waht you need... like they are just going to waste..

  • i take lots and lots, but i use them as fertilizer for farmers in the area. Make a quick buck and hhave fun doin it

  • Carp's existence IS wasteful, shoot more!

  • @queensweet124 The whole point is to get rid as many as possible. Carp are Non native and very destructive fish. The destroy any vegitation for other, native fish to breed in. Anywhere they are non native and a problem (such as most of the US.) I say take them all!

  • what kind of nock are you using ?

    Please Tell

  • fire nock

  • I always thought the snake was a cold water river and was surprized to know that carp are there.

  • Nice shooting, i live out here on a lake in tx, and i love it during spawning season, i just go back behind my house, sit on on the bank and wait for the carp and gars come swimming along the banks edge and shoot them from there. lol

  • Great video!

I recently got into this fun sport

I found practicing on an already shot fish is a good way to practice. It is amazing how much lower the shot has to be in the deeper water. Also found depending on the angle of the fish the arrow can deflect off.

    Happy bow hunting

  • Thanks! Yup a carry a crappy arrow and when the fishing slow I shoot cans off the river bed.

  • mexiCANS or porto riCANS??

  • ba$tard my best friend is puerto rican

  • i tried bowfishing before on the snake. my first time. it sucked cause we didn't have a boat and it was super windy. the wind kept blowing my line out of the reel. didn't get anything but it's somthing i would definately want to do again.

  • Its pretty hard to fish from shore, jackson bridge offers some good shooting why on foot.

  • You guys got some great water to shoot in!!!

  • I gotta agree with ya just five minutes from my drive way :)

  • snake river? right?

  • yup thats the one

  • nice!!

what part of the snake were you fishing? I've never bowfished on the snake, we usually hit blackfoot reservoir and american falls, when they are spawning. I live in the shelley area

  • This was the area between Rupert and Burley. Ive heard good things about blackfoot reservoir and want to try it this summer.

  • i got to get a better light setup like that

  • This is just a typical halogen set up works good for the size of the boat but metal halide or high pressure sodium lights would be nice :)

  • You guys are gonna get fat.

  • ya think? lol

  • hey......nice song.....it fits the clip pretty good ........anyways yeah nice shooting...but i would be better if you guys can shoot some bigger carp cause yeah imma interest in bigger game and bigger fish now.......hahhahha......welp good luck...see ya

  • Yea i agree bigger would be nice

  • are you using normal carbon arrows or are you using fiberglass ones?

  • there just normal fiberglass arrows

  • well it helped as an aid in shooting ya could see the arrow better to determine where missed shots went low high and so on was just kind of an experiment to see how it worked. And thanks for the comment.

  • What value did the lighted nok add to your experience? I guess my question is asked because normally a lighted nok would help recover the arrow but in this case, you are tied - Please advise. Great video!
