  • how do you measure your body fat %?

    my scale at home gives me a reading, but i heard the scales are notoriously inaccurate.

    i.e. my body fat percentage today is 7% LESS than it was yesterday...impossible.

  • I was diagnosed with Generalized anxiety disorder this week - I have lost 6 pounds! I should be happy, because of the challenge, but I have no appetite - NOT good! Hehe. Well done greggers!!

    Haha I just challenged myself to drink half my body weight every day this week to turn it into a habit (and mentioned it in my vid)! Great minds think alike?

  • dont be fooled greegers its probably just water not muscle because a person that is doing bodybuilding exercises and has a perfect diet for muscle gain can only expect around 6 pounds a year, perhaps part of that is muscle who nows but definitely not the whole 2.2 pounds
