dont be fooled greegers its probably just water not muscle because a person that is doing bodybuilding exercises and has a perfect diet for muscle gain can only expect around 6 pounds a year, perhaps part of that is muscle who nows but definitely not the whole 2.2 pounds

how do you measure your body fat %?
my scale at home gives me a reading, but i heard the scales are notoriously inaccurate.
i.e. my body fat percentage today is 7% LESS than it was yesterday...impossible.

I agree Water ROCKs. i always drink tons of it..but not the bottled flavored, fortified kind..just plain spring water..mmmmmm..my favorite drink! :O)
