I liked jamie till i saw his TV show trying to change USA school's food and he wasted a month and a half worth of food just to shock a family. He threw it on the floor and everything. Cheifs normaly respect food and hate to wastefood . People are starving and jamie wasted over a months worth of food...so called cheif... Would of been more of a shock to tell them what happens when you dont eat important nutriants (bad skin, organ failure, toxins in the body etc.)

But Oliver's dishes are not any heavier overall than Ramsay's. Micheline stars are over rated, it's a bogus prestige industry and you need to be more than just a good chef, you need to be 'in' with the right people . The lid has been blown of that over rated guide book, take it with a grain of salt. There are some amazing chefs all over the world who would never earn a star due to politics.
