If a car is going under the speed limit for no reason (if you are hauling something I can understand) you deserve to be tailgated or giving a ticket for obstructing the right of way. Most slow ass cars are due to people playing with their phones.

You can do this with the Need For Speed High Stakes video game but it's windows 98. You can blare your horn real nice and they honk back. They always look at you when they drive by shaking thier heads. The rear view mirror is another great feature so you can easily keep them from passing until you get provoked, sometimes I go in reverse. Also the fantasy car downloads can give you an overpowered car or even a god mode car ie batmobile. Awesome. Best driving action game. Police chases need improv

I never pull over and let them to pass, if they want to pass then they need to take more speed and of course same time they have to break speedlimit more than 6kmh above speedlimit.
