Your only concern is money, greed, profit. Do not pull the sack out. Let the Yorkshire Terrier birth naturally. Better yet, don't breed her, instead rescue all the dogs in shelters. There are purebred dogs and puppies being euthanized in surprisingly large numbers every day.

With small dogs they need help and since the pup was breech you should have broken the pups pouch and what was the father becuase thats a big puppy to purely be a yorkie
