Dubai and the Gulf States need to mandate REAR FOG LAMPS - "UNECE 38" for new vehicles. Hazard warning lights are simply NOT as strong, and are intended for STATIONARY warning only of breakdowns and crash scenes, not as defact rear fog lamps.

@allabout: yes there was i thick fog....but only if this moron drove their cars slowly and carefully, then this wouldn't happen...... i know how they drove on the streets even if u cannot see a thing 5 meters ahead of you.....i lived here for 4 years now....i know how stupid they are....

what i don't understand is why people still decide to drive their cars at all when there is near 0 visibility. sure you may have jobs to go to and flights to catch, but i always live by the rule 'its better to get there late rather than never get there at all' while driving.

still this is extremely sad and i feel for those who lost their lives and received horrible injuries.

coz "some" stupid arabs drove their cars more than twice the speed limit!!! they will just think that the insurance will pay if ever their cars will be damaged.......this stupids dont even think if somebody will die due to their stupidity!!!!!
