Umm, I remember watching one of ProtonJonSA's Brawl videos, and they were playing Brawl together, via Wi-Fi. But get this, 3 of them have the North American Version (ProtonJonSA is one of those 3) while the other guy has the Japanese Version. Just watch ProtonJonSA's 7th Brawl Video and litsen.

look, it has to do with latency to the host. if the network is open to the host--the other wii-- it doesn't matter what the latency to the wifi connection is, especially with only 2 players

i didn't quite say it right, but you get it, maybe

if the guy in japan hosted, the latency to the wifi network may be low there, so when WiiRevolution joined, he got a good connection

well its a world connection so the connections are always very difficult due to the distance. It might be like that for a while and if u do get connected itll probably have alot of lag anyway-i say stick to local fights-and this is for almost every game on every system, its not just a wii disadvantage

There is but only a tiny bit, but once american one is realesed then it should get rid of the rest, plus there is a fiber optic internet out from At&t and is nearly twice as fast as comcast and 20$ cheaper I beileve, and if you lag then then your out of luck because nothing out there is faster then light.
