I would run a million miles If i would stop asking myself this stupid question. What do you do for a water source when you're dehydrated and you're 20 miles from the middle of no where? Make my day by answering this.
it pisses me off sooooooo god damn much when people at my school say that cross country is a pussy sport and shit because i would love to see those kids go out there and run 3.1 miles in under 16 minutes
I used to run so I could hang out with younger friends like Mike, Chris and Karl. Now I run so I can play on my hands and knees with the granddaughter... i want to run at her wedding some day. And to run with the many grandchildren that will come...to run through the playground with them.
Wow! i like his training. I also run, running is part of my life, and it makes me happy, i dont know, but theres something that push me to keep on running.
haaaaaa haaaaaaaaaaa i love this. how can u DREAM when you're so far up your own arse. Is this your baywatch promo entry? piss poor, but a great laugh.
My brother was seriousely obese, he could not run more than 500 m. ON sunday he finished is first half marathon. Fight the thought !!! you are not old ...
i just love this video story iam an old man now (53yrs) and i remember when i got up every morning and ran 6miles and in the afternoon i would run another 8miles, I miss training, my knees are worn out but my heart is strong, my will is strong, yet my body is lost too time!!! godbless you and never, never give-up mike d.
have you ever used a functional fruit beverage by the name of mona vie (active blend)? i pulled a quad and it proved to be very successful in the recovery of the tissue.
Psh! 53! You are not old. A 60 year old man and several men in their 50s beat my friend[guy]! And though my friend has been out of training for two months, he still ran 630 miles. You're still young. You can find a way to run again.
People think me to be an outsider because when it comes to running, I'm like in a trance. It's a different kind of sport (If you do it competitivley) because it's not really you against another team. You're not chasing a ball around. It's you out there; against yourself. Your body is screaming STOP!!! but you have you hate your weaknesses but accept them at the same time to push through it and beat yourself. It's a never ending game. I love it.
This, was a great video. It captures running, and I can't explain it. Also Very good music tracks for this video, thank you for posting the Name and Artist of the song.

If you are 20 miles from nowhere, you should cover this 20 miles to get water anyway.
