It's not "WATER TORNADO" IT'S NOT A "WATERSPOUT! " Don't mean to shout but this is getting frustrating. A water spout is a tornado OVER water. All it does is suck up water and fish and other stuff like that. It's STILL OVER THE WATER like a normal tornado but just above water instead. This in the video is a WHIRLPOOL. There is no such this as a water tornado!
