  • "aproach the kong with unusual power push off, then tuck hard." good video, odd sentences

  • Wow what a crappy tutorial! I wonder how many got hurt because of how NOT informative this was.

  • tried this for the first time, my feet caught the bar and my face smacked the other side of the rail... reality>me.

  • define "unusual"

    rofl

  • I've spent like 2 months tryna find a spot for this. Nothing I tell you! NOTHING!!

  • i will go and try this now

  • well, I cant say it was a good tutorial, but u obviously have a decent traceur.

  • @keithtuber lol u sed "you should be so rude" well ok if you insist.

  • @keithtuber i wudnt say ur roll tutorial is decent, and i can be blunt about it, and what u mean we have more knowlegde now, dusnt take knowledge to do a kong, it takes skill.

  • @keithtuber .. i saw ur tutorials, there rlly shit, they made me worse, so i stopped watching them

  • hahaha "approach with unusual power"

  • wenever i do a kong my soles of my feet touch the the top of the object and wen they dont i barely fly a foot also i always lean to one side plus i can only knong on something like 2 feet.

    Any help?

  • practise... ;D

  • you should not try just to swing your legs threw your arms. push ups with your arms and tuck.

The split foot take off also saves your speed. you have to try it.. it is not very diffcult

  • - lean forwards more

    -push UP more (hard)

    - you are to straight up and down. You should be tilted forwards and you need to pus off the wall BEFORE your legs every come near it. This happens fast, but (continued)

  • if you watch, the legs do not really come through the arms, they come through where the arms used to be. You have to jump out to do this which gives you momentum. The arms also pull you but you need to push up more. (continued).

  • This brings your body high enough over the wall and also pushed your body back into more of a straight up and down position. You still should land a bit leaning forwards though so you can keep running. Unless of course you are landing in a precision but don't even think about that now.

  • Work on getting a kong off of higher things... a 2 foot tall object is harder to kong off of instead of something like 4 feet tall...

  • yea thanks, wat if i'm like 4nfeet tall, well im 5'4 but close enough im short should that make a difference?

  • All you have to do is compensate your height with leg power.. like I'm 6'2" so I can to a precision to precision across an easy 10-12 feet from a stand still.. but alot of the better free runners are shorter[Lower center of gravity]

  • was that skipper?

  • doing kongs in the king street i see haha, nice!

  • nice I have never tried this onto a thing that is level with the thing I monkeyed off

  • Did this for the 1st time Today :) Real Happy

  • i notice u take off 2 foot forthe kong 1 tip if u want distance for the kong take off 2 foot if u want distance out the kong take off 1 so rely u shoulda toke u off 1 foot

  • Only problem I can see, "approach the kong with unusual power" I'm not all that sure on this so I can't be sure how it'd be described.

  • why all the bad comments, its a good video.

  • nice

  • Nice Landing, very soft!

  • fyi its actually called a saut de chat if you wana try and be smart or a cat pass for the translation. urbanfreeflow created the name king kong which is now just called a kong usually for short.

  • Very important this video....nice

  • the silent landing's great. May your knees live forever if you keep landing like that!

  • sweet

  • cool

  • sic

  • I'm very impressed with the silence whoever is executing this

  • That's Skipper, dude.

  • sick!
