people of Bukhara, i've read an article about the tresaure of the last Emir of Bukhara. He has accounts in Swiss and English banks. It's still there, but it cannot be claimed by Uzbekistan or Tajikistan, just because it's not Emirat anymore. So, the journalist is proposing to people of Bukhara any nationalities create a fund called "People of Bukhara" consisting of residents, and by sueing the banks, more likely you could get those money back!

So it is you who are trying to create conflict between brotherly people of Central Asia.
