Run. running about 15 to 30 minutes per day, don't drink soda or juice, only low fat milk and water. Don't eat after 7pm, eat 3 meals and try to eat a fruit about 1 hour after the second and third meal. Don't eat things with much sugar. Try to not sleep more than 8 hours, but not less than 6 hours. In the meals don't eat pork, eat chicken or any other kind of white meat. only eat red meats about two times a week. with this you will lose about 10 pounds in a month or less.
#2 -Do not drink any cold bervages while eating, ALWAYs hot/luke warm. Ill tell you why.have you ever cooked bacon? notice that when the fat in the pan is cold it hardens?Well, cold drinks do the same in your stomatch/. So, keeping your stomatch warm gives your body less of a chance of obsorbing the fats.
#3 -After every meal have a large cup of Tea or coffee with (no sugar) -to reinforce #2
#5 - try to have home-made soup for supper as often as possible.(NOT CANNED!)Soup recipes are soo easy its rediculous. water, vegetables, and stock/spices. - If you're someone that loves the full feeling this is ACE because you can eat as much as you want! and by the time youre done, you're full, and an hour from the time You're done the liquid in your stomatch as already moved on!. giving you the "right amount of full feeling"
#6 -Get used to eating half the amount of bread you are currently eating! Ex: peanutbutter + banana sandwhich becomes one toast with peanutbutter and banana * WITH A TEA!
#7 - Eliminate Tv from your life! don't throw it out, but put it in your basement, avoid getting sucked in to hours of immobility!
Changing your diet is best way, eat 4-6 meals a day but only 300-400 calories each. A lot of vegetables/fruit and less carbs/sugar. If you can also walk or do other exercise each day, this should help, but always talk to your doctor or nutritionist before starting a diet and exercise program.

It's easier if you just replace all the drinks for water and eat lees in the last two meals. Trust me, i was a litter fat and i got a slim body. It may be fast or slow, depending how much fat you have, but it works.
the trick to not making your kids fat is by controlling what they eat and and be patient/nice with them for 6 years so they dont despise u and listen to u
I have 3 kids and we never talk about people's weight. It's easy to have thin kids too. Feed them when they're hungry and don't force them to eat. Magically, they remain thin. I know obese parents who make their obese kids clean their plate and drink all their juice/milk before they can leave the table. I feel like if I had their kid live in my home for a year, they would be thinner and happier because they would have control over how much they eat. Kids crave control.
I don't know much about science. But me and my family eat lots of meat, vegetables, fruits and drink mostly water and milk. And we're all in great health. Isn't the real problem people's ridiculous dietary behaviors, and lack of exercise - not just sugar intake.

@SuperSpidey25 It sounds like your diet is well balanced. The truth about McDonalds is simple. When you order a burger the meat is good quality and the vegetables are good quality. The problem with the burger is the suagr in the ketchup and the bun. Simply order a nice side salad with a burger (no ketchup), throw away the bun, place themeat and veggies on the salad and use a low sugar dressing. Stick to grilled foods, not fried, avoid all breads and french fries.
@upaizda I appreciate your comment and I'm not a fast food fan however the truth is McDonalds meat quality is very high, monitored very closely and always under some kind of scrutiny which keeps quality control on it's toes.
@mompm There is no harm in plain and unsweetened mustards, avoid sweetened mustards like honey mustard. Ketchup is high in sugar but you do have an alternitive. Ketchup lovers everywhere will be happy to know that Sugar Free Ketchups are available at most grocery stores :)
There is a very slight chance that she lsot weight but you know what she was eating non-stop? SUGAR. I really dont understand where this "guru" is obtaining his statistics from. To me, that seems like a balanced diet (maybe cut down on the soda and reduce the leviathan lunch a bit). As a teenager who weighed 16 stone (224 pounds) i was able to shed 90 pounds of that excess baggage from eating a diet such as this one. Maybe this guy specifically chose brands with a high sugar content i dunno, but i do know that as long as you persevere with smaller portion sizes you should be fine.

@stryker4750 You may not like the answer but it is what it is. Complex carbohydrate foods are basically those in wholegrain form such as wholegrain breads, oats, muesli and brown rice. Complex carbs are broken down into glucose more slowly than simple carbohydrates but ALL carbohydrates are broken down to glucose, (Blood Sugar) and that is what creates our FAT. It’s not my opinion, it’s scientific fact.

I'm 16, I weigh 235 pounds. But I'm all muscle! I take advanced weight lifting and training, i squat 300 Ibs. Maybe more. I can bench press 200, I can hang clean 170.
I can run 3 miles straight without stopping by, going for 10 miles. I run 2 miles by house up hill! Wieght has nothing to do with it. it is what the weight is that counts. Looking at me, people think i am 180. Trust me, I am not.

@MrWhydoitry For many it's not their fault. You cannot exercise enough hours in a day to battle the effects of over eating foods that metabolize into blood sugar. Many people simply give up because they make zero headway in the gym.

It's easier if you just replace all the drinks for water and eat lees in the last two meals. Trust me, i was a litter fat and i got a slim body. It may be fast or slow, depending how much fat you have, but it works.

I have 3 kids and we never talk about people's weight. It's easy to have thin kids too. Feed them when they're hungry and don't force them to eat. Magically, they remain thin. I know obese parents who make their obese kids clean their plate and drink all their juice/milk before they can leave the table. I feel like if I had their kid live in my home for a year, they would be thinner and happier because they would have control over how much they eat. Kids crave control.

I don't know much about science. But me and my family eat lots of meat, vegetables, fruits and drink mostly water and milk. And we're all in great health. Isn't the real problem people's ridiculous dietary behaviors, and lack of exercise - not just sugar intake.
And how could you possibly advise someonethat it's OK to eat Mc Donald's.

@SuperSpidey25 It sounds like your diet is well balanced. The truth about McDonalds is simple. When you order a burger the meat is good quality and the vegetables are good quality. The problem with the burger is the suagr in the ketchup and the bun. Simply order a nice side salad with a burger (no ketchup), throw away the bun, place themeat and veggies on the salad and use a low sugar dressing. Stick to grilled foods, not fried, avoid all breads and french fries.

@mompm There is no harm in plain and unsweetened mustards, avoid sweetened mustards like honey mustard. Ketchup is high in sugar but you do have an alternitive. Ketchup lovers everywhere will be happy to know that Sugar Free Ketchups are available at most grocery stores :)

There is a very slight chance that she lsot weight but you know what she was eating non-stop? SUGAR. Sugar is in everything at McDonalds, even their salads so you gave just horrible advice by letting her eat that crap. Finally, if she did eat nothing but McDonalds, how is her liver? Is she in shape? How are her kidneys? How is her blood-sugar level? How is her breathing? My guess is not good at all. So stupid.

I really dont understand where this "guru" is obtaining his statistics from. To me, that seems like a balanced diet (maybe cut down on the soda and reduce the leviathan lunch a bit). As a teenager who weighed 16 stone (224 pounds) i was able to shed 90 pounds of that excess baggage from eating a diet such as this one. Maybe this guy specifically chose brands with a high sugar content i dunno, but i do know that as long as you persevere with smaller portion sizes you should be fine.

@jkunder1 You're far better off eating a protein breakfast like ham and eggs, the oat meal turns into starch, the starch turns into glucose (blood sugar) and the finally to fat. Think about it...what do we feed live stock to fatten them for slaughter??

@stryker4750 You may not like the answer but it is what it is. Complex carbohydrate foods are basically those in wholegrain form such as wholegrain breads, oats, muesli and brown rice. Complex carbs are broken down into glucose more slowly than simple carbohydrates but ALL carbohydrates are broken down to glucose, (Blood Sugar) and that is what creates our FAT. It’s not my opinion, it’s scientific fact.

I'm 16, I weigh 235 pounds. But I'm all muscle! I take advanced weight lifting and training, i squat 300 Ibs. Maybe more. I can bench press 200, I can hang clean 170.
I can run 3 miles straight without stopping by, going for 10 miles. I run 2 miles by house up hill! Wieght has nothing to do with it. it is what the weight is that counts. Looking at me, people think i am 180. Trust me, I am not.

@lti12 congrats on the weight loss, I'm happy for you! Fructose (fruit sugar) turns into glucose just like starch and refined sugar eventually turning into FAT if not burned. though its a problem..the world really needs to learn how to address obese people correctly..as a young child i was overweight..and due to people.. including adults picking on me..i developed eating disorders..though i lost 20 pounds..it was unhealthy and it left a scar on my self esteem..though at 116lbs at times i still feel like im not thin enough and i turn back to bulimia/anorexia.. so chose your words carefully guys

I use to weight 327 pounds, holy shit i know, but yes i cut out sugars and glucose, corn syrup and all that, and i got down to a good 220, and i now fly for SkyWest Airlines. it changed my life and i have never felt better.
