@BecauseIs that ryu combo is piss easy to do. but no one ever uses ryus down down hyper, let alone the fact that u barely see ryus in the first place, and it being done in grand finals of a major? its like watching a hsien ko win against xfactor 4 wesker in GF because she had 5 bars to waste on hyper armor, would be mad hype no matter how faceroll it is to dp hyper every 10 seconds. also part of the reason the hype died is cuz chrisg got the wrong hyper at the end.

@BecauseIs it essentially cost him the match, if he got the hadouken hyper, he wouldve killed wolfy, and then spencer would had to deal with xfactor ryu and the incoming mixup. instead he lost 3 bars his ryu died and then he was the one that had to deal with a wolfy mixup which is retarded hard to deal with. pr balrog pretty much had the match in the bag because of a wrong super coming out for chrisg. thats not really something u can get hyped for...
