  • thanks for these videos!!! :) i appreciate the people who post useful videos like you do; i reallly did need these cuz i like to eat a lot, and i don't want to over exorcise or eat less because i am 13 and i do need things to grow ^_^ so im not very worried about *being fat* cuz i know i am not cuz i have seen fat people and im just growing up, but i do believe in being healthy and daily exorcise.

  • So great to see you doing this. I am 44 and bought some blades at a car boot sale for me and my young son as thought it would be fun. We haven't stopped skating since and LOVE it! Am slightly self conscious that am not cool but I just wish more people of all ages would take it up in the UK then I wouldn't stand out so much!

  • @simpleshoes2009 I'm not sure yet If I will be showing that because that requires intermediate skills and I am afraid beginner skaters will try it when they are not ready and possible fall and get discouraged. Let me think about it. I still might do it, just not yet. I thought I saw you doing it in your video? donna

  • Your right! Mine are 22 inches right now. Always have a had big thighs so I just try to keep them tight. My brother nicknamed me Thunder Thighs when I was a teen. There are some things we just have to accept about ourselves. So I say work with them instead of against them! Donna

  • Ive just gotten a new pair of rollerblades, I havent bladed in a while and have become quite large. Though Im tall its starting to show more. Now I have quite a challenge!! 16 days to loose as much weight and inches as I can!! :3 This has been very helpful hopefully Ill be skilled enough to stay on my roller blades!!!!

  • Good for you! Be sure to take it easy the first 2 or 3 days. Get your body acclamated again before you demand performance and you will see better results. Also, give your body a 1 day rest after 2 or 3 days of rollerblading sessions. I hope you keep me informed on your progress. Check out some of my other vids too as I believe they will also help you.   • nice video - do you have any on T-Stopping..

  • Unfortunately, I haven't been able to perfect the T Stop but I think it is because my legs are so short. But there are a lot of really good vids on T stopping that you can find. I use so many other techniques to stop now that T stopping just doesn't want to work for me. Sorry I'm not much help with T stopping. Donna

  • no worries - keep up the videos - they are great!

  • also tip to stop drag your skate they call them t-stops very easy and effective i skate indoor im on the speed team at our rink and our coach told use that when we first began.

  • Boy your timing couldn't have been better! I just received a message from a subscriber that siad stopping is still an issue. I've never used the T stop and I've had another subscriber tell me it isn't working for her but I am still going to practice it and show it to them anyway. thanks for the tip. Keep them coming.
