  • Best rendition of the Clarinet Polka I've heard!

  • I play accordion & I play trumpet. Listening to this makes me smile - and I think that's what polka music is supposed to do. Thanks for posting this.

  • You don't have to be polish to love polish polkas. There is no comparison. The clarinet's are awesome. This rendition really rocks.

  • A lot of people in this column are playing down the Polish American polka style. I now live in Alabama and this music is almost nonexistent down here. Perhaps these comments are from people who are heavy into hiphop or rock. I am a Polish and I love this music. Keep up the fabulous sound!

  • Awesome...Polish girl here...and love it !!!!!

  • If I wanted to hear blaring trumpet players, the last piece I'd request would be "Clarinet Polka." Simply awful.

  • Bravo the stick players awesome, fabulous, fantastic, but i would love to shove that trumpet somewhere where the sun don't shine!!!!

  • terrible

  • I request the Polka Shamrocks!

  • Bravo super*******

  • this polkas pretty rock n roll if you ask me.

  • take that horrible trumpet playing out and you have an outstanding piece of music.

  • who's on drums???

  • the name of this song!

  • was great! could have done without the guy with the trumpet.

  • I know the gentleman on the left, he's my neighbor and he's standing right next to me. Ask me if you want his name.

  • Top notch polka band. Sounds like the St. Stan's church picnics when I was a kid.

  • great job , great music !!!!!!!

  • Do these folks have any cds that can be purchased? They are great.

  • Talk about very talented clarinet players! The quality of their performance and talents are extraordinary. They bring us so much pleasure! They make the "Clarinet Polka" live on forever! Frania1

  • I was lucky enough to have been there for this outstanding performance. While the musicians are truly outstanding, so too is Hank Guzevich's arrangment of this popular old-time favorite.

  • as a kid I listened to this over and over for about 10 hours...traveling from kansas to flordia...at the time I hated it...but now I love it!

  • wot the hell is the official name for this polka? ive been trying to download authentic polka songs in my dads memory and need to know the name of the these great classics....

  • the clarenet polka

  • Actually it is the Clarinet Polka.

  • Polish polka time I love it . THANKYOU..................This brings back so many memories.

  • Good Job! I always like this group-family oriented

  • is this on wii music? i need to know!

  • WOW!!!!! thats the HIPPEST CL Polka EVER!!! From One Trumpet to another, man your on FIRE!!!

  • Oh man I love this. This song is the reason I took up Clarinet lessons in the 4th grade. Just Wonderful.

  • Every single hair on me stood straight up. It has been so long since I heard this old time favorite. It was a mainstay at every Polish wedding my family had. I used to hear it on our local Polka station sometimes during milking too. The station had "the milking hour show". I miss those days.

  • Lol, Polish, Czech, German, who cares. It's a great song nonetheless!

  • The clarinet player on the left appears to be Chris Szymczak who I believe was with Doubleshot Polka band at the time.

  • you guys are simply amazing! let me know if you come to pittsburgh!

  • please dont call it that..

  • zomg! it's the candy mountain song!

  • zomg! i'm so sick of people calling it that!

  • That's Hank Guzevich. Hank rocks!

  • Jimmy Weber, Eddie Siewic, who's the third?

  • very good :D Fantastic!!

  • Hats off to papa Gus .....

    we miss you man.

  • Here's a version that is just AWESOME!!! We've seen them in person before & they're just as good.

  • I like very much the austrian music by such musical ensembles! Unfortunatly, these artists aren't often invited in France!

  • Fantastic!!

  • cooooooooooool ;)))

  • This isn't German folk music..it's Polish; not much of a music artisan I see.

  • I heard this in the Germany section of Epcot and in St. Augistine (both places are in Florida).

  • Wrong, the polka originated in Germany and then later became more associated with the Poles.

  • Thought it was Czech (Bohemian) origin.

  • Man....the guy can really play the trumpet !!

  • great stuff. thats classic!!!!

    wsam sunday morning polka show

  • Hank is amazing

  • I wish i could play my trumpet as well as him. I remember i talked to him about how he got so good.... but practice and many many lessons does not seem to add up to being able to play that well to me. That is def a gift right there!

  • thank you guys very much for the comments and for letting me know who the 3rd clarinet player was! I have more that I will be posting as soon as I get time to transfer them onto my computer. Anyone have any requests of bands they would like to see?

  • @adelphitom How about some Ray Konkol?

  • You can't forget about John Fomenko Pushing in the back

  • The third clarinet player is Chris S from the Bayway NJ area. Great clarient player.....it would be nice to see more videos from this night
