I don't agree that this is his best BUT the entire 8701 concert DVD was Usher in his prime as a PERFORMER, I think vocals and dancing came together as HIS greatest work! During this time Chris couldn't touch him dancing (Chris is never going to challenge him vocally)! He use to put so much effort into being able to SING great WHILE dancing great... he would literally sing while jumping around when training! I just haven't seen his effort level that high since, but he is still good live.
