@Gfors85 most people dont play a game for the graphics, they play it for the gameplay. also in my experience with the dragon age games they dont have very many problems with the graphics

It doesn't look like LOTR the darkspawn are less bulky and resemble humans more than the orcs, the armor looks completely different, the lore is way off, the architecture is different, and you might as well "say this sounds like traditional fantasy epic music", b/c this music is in a lot of things even B4 the LOTR movies. It's more that fantasy epics are usually pretty similar.
