  • Pressing +FADE and FADE doubles the duration for fade in/out (10s instead of 5s). I have always preferred the longer fades.

  • @bildfang

    Thanks for the info! :)

  • fantastic model!! i have a similar models like this!, great video Jonas!

  • Great presentation. Looking forward for KD-v6 test!!!

  • What music is you playing in this video?

  • A Flock Of Seagulls - "The More you live, the more you love"

  • great track of 1984!!

  • I certainly did enjoy the video. That's a great deck! Love the features on it.

I always wonder what some of the older reel-to-reels and the older vintage tape decks would sound like if you would record the output directly on the computer. I'd love to hear an example sometime.

  • I have some examples on my channel, but I won't do that in every video because it's always a big mess doing that because everything has to be set up correctly before. The video about my Technics record player was done with the player directly connected to the computer.

  • Excellent work on that machine! you were lucky to find the correct motor for it! Excellent presentation too! 5/5 sternen^^

  • Danke!

Well, it wasn't the correct motor. I had to modify it before it worked. But it is from Matsushita, like the origial motor.

  • Great deck, i have one too, and a JVC KD-V6 what you also have :)

  • This JVC series was really good.
