Nice, lady, great recipe. The potato salad looks perfect to me.. exactly right. The celery can't be skipped to get this taste. A local upscale supermarket in my town makes this recipe and calls it "Aunt Pearls potato salad".

I also liked the way that she peels her potatoes. Look at Dawn Well's similar potato peeling method here on You Tube.

generally speaking, MOST Potato Salad recipes are about the same... Potato's (Naturally), Eggs, Mayonnaise, Celery usually.

and it tastes great I'm sure, BUT there is this local restaurant, and I don't know what they use to make theirs, but it is probably THE best Potato Salad (Probably on the planet) not even exaggerating.

it's so unique, and so good, I can't figure out what's in it, and I assure you the only thing it has in it that's common amongst Potato Salad recipes, is the Potato's lol
