Everything! I animated each of the characters, the blossoms and the rain separately on a piece of glass from above with a green background. Then I comped those onto the background images.
I don't have my own website, but my company, triggerfish, has some more work.
Thanks! I used a Canon 300D - 25 fps - but I did a lot of cheating as I wanted to figure out a way to speed up the time it takes to do stop-frame. I just shot the bare minimum and fiddled with time stretching in after effects. Using flat backgrounds instead of whole 3d sets also sped it up alot. I hope to do more...
