I knew it i remember listening to this song on the album after the movie released and i realised that there is a whole part missing and they sing about gord bar ayi....so figured they deleted the scene.

at the beginning of the movie the doctor said to SRK that she knew what complications would arise from her giving birth, but she went ahead with it anyway because she knew how much SRK wanted a child.

So she got pregnant knowing she would die from it.
