@solidust23 Judgment does not require punishment. Judgment means to act as a judge; pass judgment. When you speak about someone's heart or you say that someone is "ursurping" the gospel or say that one is making God's word as a "business", this is acting as a judge.

No list of sin mentions the teaching of God's truth by women. You have placed yourself in the position of judge without evidence.

Paul even explains why, that beacuse man was made first...but i think that if you disagree, then its not really a big deal... everyone has something in the word of God that they are working to correct.

@solidust23 I don't disagree with Paul at all. You misquote him. For example Paul doesn't use the plural "women" and he doesn't say that the reason he is stopping her is because man was made first. He adds some very important information that you completely missed. If you take only a part of what the Word says and then use that to judge, you are the one who will be responsible to God for not paying attention to all that He has said.

Everyone reads the bible and see the part where paul writes that he forbids a women to teach, or preach. what part of do not do it do people not get. if you are abeliever then your job is to defend it not make up stuff that the bible clearly forbids. @solidust23 You are completely wrong in what I teach. You need to see the DVD set. Paul certainly does forbid"a woman" from teaching "a man". Paul does not forbid "women" from teaching nor does he say a word about preaching, you have added that word that is not in the text. We need to be very careful with exactly what is said and not add to it or take away from it. Like I said if you really want to understand, see the entire teaching in the DVD set.

I Tim 3:2 and Tit 1:5, says the same thing, a preacher has to be the Husband of one wife, now how can a woman be the husband of one wife unless she's homosexual, and if she is , she is still condemned. Rev 22:18,19 says don't add or take anything away from the bible, so it's a sin to add a scripture saying of I Tim 3:2 and Tit 1:5 to mean a women can be the wife of one husband, thats adding to the bible. My arm is a part of my body, but it can't play the same role as my eyes.

If we don't make a Pastor be married or to have children, then we must be be consistent in our interpretation. The same thing "husband of one wife" is said about Deacons yet a woman Deacon is named in scripture.

Phoebe is called a Deacon in Romans 16:1. The Greek word is G1249 diakonos which means "a deacon, one who, by virtue of the office assigned to him by the church". It is the same word used of the male Deacons and the WordStudy Dictionary says it is "a technical term side by side with episkopos (G1985), bishop or overseer.

You can't correct the bible, the bible is made to correct man, man isn't made to correct the bible. Rev 22:18,19 says don't add anything or take anything away from the bible. The Analytical Literal Translation says "Phoebe our sister, being a servant [or, deaconess] of the assembly" In Darby "Phebe, our sister, who is in the ministry of the church," CEV says "Phoebe, who is a leader in the church" The same word is also used in Phil 1:1. "To all the saints...including the overseers and deacons" The word translated as servants is the very same word for Deacons. I have not added to scripture. You should be checking the Greek before you comment.

You misquoted the greek also, it's G1248, not G1249 thats in Romans 16:1. G1248, translates to diakonia, which means servant or an attendant, someone who offers relief and service. Don't add things to God's words. A woman is an important part of the body of Christ, but they do not hold tiles like Deacon, Bishops, and Elders. Both Phil 1:1 and Romans 16:1 are G1249 in KJV and NASB. Which interlinear are you using? Also G1248 also means Deacon so you are stuck even with whatever Greek you are using. You are going to need to admit that a woman can be a Deacon or be dishonest with the text. It's your choice.

In Romans 16:1 it's G1248 which means servant or act of serving,G1249 means deacon, anyone whose interested can grab a Strong's Concordance and see for their selves, uses a paper based concordance, not one offered online.
