  • Very Brave as usual.

    Good Luck,

    Steve

  • Thanks :P

  • Hi Carlo ,

I was also diagnosed with Optic Neuritis. I had no idea what it was and started searching online. I also have to meet with a neurologist and have an MRI. I am pretty much scared shitless, I am only 31 years old. Its scary anytime someone brings up MS. I would have had no idea they were connected in any way. Im glad to hear that you are ok. What do the doctors feel caused your Optic Neuritis? Well please wish me luck I look forward to hearing from you.

  • Hi there. Yes it's a scary thing to happen, not only because it's uncomfortable and horrible, but the implications are definitely scary and daunting. But we must remember that whatever happens, we will be okay, and we have family and friends to turn to for support. Good luck with the neurologist and the MRI. Be strong. I wish you all the luck in the world and I hope to hear from you soon :-)

  • Ciao Carlo!

I am so sorry if it took me long to find you and to finally find the time to listen to your videos!!!

Parli un po`di italiano, per caso?

If you don't, it's ok, of course!

I wish you the very best with your movie and good luck with the MS!

Take care and say hi to London for me!

I miss it just like I miss the rest of Europe!

    Ciao!

    Angela

  • Hey Angela! Thanks for your message. I don't write Italian very well... it's one of my aims to learn. :-)

  • I can't teach you! :)

Have a good day and take good care of yourself!

    Hugs,

    Angela

  • Hey hun

you asked for a long reply, and I think I have delivered! I hope it is to your liking!! lol!

You have been in the wars mate I mean 'drugged up fisticuffs with an evil lady' ?? WOW, what a night you had! glad your bits are better now and so pleased that your medical team are taking your other symptoms seriously now!

Chin up mate, here if you need me ~ Mel xxx

  • Hey Mel, thanks for this, sorry I've been so slow in replying, AGAIN! I'll make it my aim to get back you ASAP. Hope you're doing okay x

  • I ran out of space! So, how is your eye now? I hope you are feeling better there too (both ends! What is happening!!??)

West Ruislip! Most excellent! You will be closer to London and hence closer to me! You are always more than welcome to join my friends and I for Bellini's, Cosmos, etc, :-)

My new phrase will now be 'don't get your morgagni in a knot!) sorry, that was terrible. Great video and honesty! Stay positive!

    Marlo

    xx

  • I thought I was already a subsrciber to you and then in my surfing tonight, the title of your vid caught my eye (but of course!) I have now rectified this oversite and have subscribed.

Hello back to you! Thanks for the props out to me (I think that's urban slang). I am glad that you are feeling better after the incident with the 'area,' and glad to hear that the 'area' is all good. Not to be funny, but if morphine didn't cut the pain enough, it must have been pretty bad...

  • Is it bad that I laughed out loud when hearing your 'private part' story? So sorry, I agree with Lauren - there is something empowering about being free to talk about the whole of life experience and not just about the 'nice' things. Anyway glad all is well in that area now!

I get what you say about a disagnosis being a disappointment and a relief. I hope either way you get a clear answer so you can get on with things and do what needs to be done. Thanks for the chuckle - I needed it! Kerri

  • Of course not I am to please! You should hear the rest of the story, I was dumped in a female only ward and ended up having drugged up fisticuffs with an evil lady opposite me -- good times! Nice to get a message from you :-)

  • Glad to hear from you again.

On behalf of the gay men of the UK, I'm pleased to hear that you still have 2 working balls ! ;-)

Whatever the neurologists work out, remember that you have lots of friends who love you and you will still be the same amazing person. Hugs.

  • Hey thanks a lot, you are too sweet!

  • Hi Carl! Thank you so much for the mention of me - you are such a sweetheart! I'm so glad you're doing well - you are hilarious and I love how you told your story! I've learned through making these videos that we can help each other no matter how embarrassing the situation may be. I'm also glad you're getting answers, and soon I'm sure you'll know even more. Good luck with your move! I'm so excited for you!!

    xoxoxoxo

    Lauren :)

  • Thank you Lauren you are right. And I'm glad I make you laugh with my story telling!
