PPPs are not a tool of the New World Order. Sorry. Its a form of financing projects that provide a service. For example - a county gov needs to build a road but cannot afford it, so they let a private company build/pay for construction, and the company has the rights to it for 25 years and puts up tolls to recoup their investment. Then they give it back to the county gov. Instead of the gov paying for the road with borrowed money or taxes, the road is paid for through user-fees (tolls).

Most P3's I've been involved in or heard about have stipulated that government assets be returned to government after a predetermined period of time. This woman strikes me as uninformed.

I agree that governments shouldn't be in this poor financial state but when P3's are established to fix the problem, don't blame the private sector for years of government waste. Hold your government accountable. Elect government who know how to manage a budget.

@alexander80008 I knew Joan personally before she died one year ago. She was present at many meetings with world leaders. She frequented the big meetings like G20 and various summits. She was privvy to information that few people get in on. She wrote a book called "Prince Charles" which goes into more detail about the PPP's and the secret activities of the big banks. It may not be a bad idea to hear her out. I have given many speaches on PPP's. I assure you they are fascism at its best.

I consider the rants I see here akin to those folks squawking about Area 51 and other things. The P3's I've been involved in return, in every case, the asset to the public sector once a warranty period is completed and ensures that value is received by the public. That sounds great to me on all fronts.

Agencies forcing us to get these International ID's with RFID's if you want to be employed anywhere. Illegal searches & seizures if you wish to travel.....but you go ahead and look the other way.

@mozartgenetics You're overreacting and not accurately stating the facts. In EVERY P3 arrangement that I've been involved in, the asset is ALWAYS returned to the OWNER (government). What appears to be a private company managing a facility is part of the means by which the Owner ensures that a quality product/service was delivered. This operating period is limited and in every case the asset returned. Where's the fascism in that??!!

Im afraid that these partnerships are far enough along now that the damage is quite extensive and is further reaching than you may think. I believe Jerome Corsi has also written on this subject.
